Online Banking

To use Launch FCU Online Banking, you must select a unique User ID consisting of either all alpha or a combination of alpha and numeric characters, a password, and security credentials for Multi Factor Authentication in order to access your account. You can access your account from any personal computer with internet access. In addition, you may sign up for Bill Payer and eStatements.

When you enroll in Online Banking, you are automatically set up for mailed statements. We recommend you choose eStatements, the better alternative to paper statements. If you do not sign up for eStatements and remain on mailed statements, you may be charged a monthly Mailed Statement fee.

Choose eStatements!
- They won’t get lost in the mail
- They can’t be stolen from your mailbox
- They are stored easily and securely online for 24 months
- You can view them several days earlier than mailed statements
- Only print them if you need them, so you’ll save trees!
- They’re free!

Signing up for eStatements is easy:
- Once enrolled in Online Banking, sign in to Online Banking with your User ID and Password
- Go to your Preferences tab-Click on eStatement Selection-then select Electronic in the drop down menu
- To view your eStatements, click on the “eDocuments” tab in the top navigation bar-Use the drop down menu to select a month

Online Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing or for routine maintenance. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access.

At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

- Obtain account/loan balance information
- View and print account/loan history
- Transfer funds between your accounts
- Sign up and receive e-statements
- Setup e-lerts to receive an email for certain types of activity on your account like low balance, deposit e-lerts, and withdrawals above a certain value
- Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts by official/teller check
- Make loan and Visa Credit Card payments from your savings and checking accounts
- Obtain YTD account dividends and interest paid on loans
- Place a stop payment on a check
- Assign account nicknames
- Pay bills
- Request a loan
- Update your login security credentials for Multi Factor Authentication
- Change your passwords for Online Banking and VoiceTouch24
- Update your contact information including your email address
- Send secured email to LanchFCU
- Make transfers to your account at another financial institution – access “Transfer Funds” through BillPayer
- Popmoney to send person to person payments - access through BillPayer

The following limitations on Online Banking transactions may apply:

- There is a maximum withdrawal amount, please contact the credit union for limitations that apply.
- Refer to the below Transfer Limitations section that may apply to these transactions.

BillPayer
We will process bill payments only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated and such creditors as you authorize. Payees cannot include governmental agencies, including (but not limited to) federal, state, and local taxing agencies, or recipients of court-ordered payments such as alimony or child support. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete.
We will withdraw the designated funds from your checking account for bill payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. For recurring payments, if the scheduled date is a non-business day, the funds will be debited the prior business day. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor.

The following limitations on Bill Payer transactions may apply:

- There is no limit on the number of bill payments per day
- There is a maximum withdrawal amount, please contact the credit union for limitations that may apply.

Mobile Banking
With Online Banking access, you can download the free Launch FCU Mobile app and use Mobile Banking to:

- Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts.
- Obtain account balance information.
- Make loan and Visa Credit Card payments from your savings and checking accounts
- View account history
- Pay bills
- Make mobile check deposits (for eligible members)
- View rates and dividends
- Find branch and ATM locations

Your accounts can be accessed through Mobile Banking via any Apple® or Android™ device. Mobile Banking is available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. All restrictions are the same as with Online Banking. Refer to the below Transfer Limitations section that may apply to these transactions.

Transfer Limitations
For all savings accounts, you may make no more than six (6) withdrawals or transfers in any month (excludes loan and Visa transfers). You can verify the number of Regulation D transfers from your Savings account by going to the “Transfer Funds” tab in Online Banking or the quick transfer window on the right of the screen.

- Visit any branch
